이용약관
1. 서비스
OverCrown(이하 "서비스")은 OVIONE Inc.(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 웹 카드 배틀 게임이며, 현재 테스트 중인 프로토타입입니다. 기능, 규칙, 카드 밸런스는 예고 없이 바뀔 수 있고, 계정·닉네임·기록이 초기화되거나 서비스가 중단될 수 있습니다.
2. 계정
게스트 계정은 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 되찾을 수 없습니다. Google 계정을 연결하면 다른 기기에서도 같은 계정으로 이어서 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정은 본인만 이용해야 합니다.
3. 금지 행위
- 부정 프로그램 사용이나 오류를 악용한 플레이
- 서버에 대한 공격 또는 과도한 요청
- 다른 사람을 사칭하거나 불쾌감을 주는 닉네임 사용
- 그 밖에 다른 이용자나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
이를 위반하면 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
4. 권리
게임의 그림, 글, 프로그램 등 서비스 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다.
5. 책임의 제한
서비스는 테스트 중인 프로토타입으로 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 데이터 손실이나 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 개인정보
개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
7. 문의와 약관 변경
문의: contact@ovione.io. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 공지하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.
Terms of Service
1. The Service
OverCrown (the "Service") is a web card battle game operated by OVIONE Inc. ("we") and is currently a prototype in testing. Features, rules and card balance may change without notice, and accounts, nicknames and records may be reset or the Service may be discontinued.
2. Accounts
A guest account cannot be recovered after you clear your browser data. Linking a Google account lets you continue with the same account on other devices. Accounts are for personal use only.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Using cheating programs or exploiting bugs
- Attacking the servers or sending excessive requests
- Impersonating others or using offensive nicknames
- Any other conduct that disrupts other players or the operation of the Service
We may restrict access to the Service for violations.
4. Rights
All rights to the Service content, including artwork, text and software, belong to OVIONE Inc.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is a prototype in testing and is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or interruption of the Service.
6. Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
